Mod Overview
So the user selects the question (in this case its the lookup "Chemicals"). When selected, the system will load the column names for this lookup into the select input(select a columns) The select statement has Name, Generic name, WHP, ESI and EGI. Lets say we select column "WHP" then the value of WHP for the selected lookup will populate the question response.
